Palazzo Madama rediscovers its “great beauty”. Thanks to the Fondazione CRT

The central forepart of the Juvarra façade has returned to its former glory thanks to the contribution of the Fondazione CRT, Palazzo Madama's main private supporter.
An extraordinary intervention that involved more than 200 professionals, with an inclusive 28-metre-high building site and three years of work to complete an operation that was as spectacular as it was complex and delicate: a true surgical operation, capable of combining ancient craftsmanship techniques and cutting-edge methodologies.
The original marbles, marked by an “ancient evil”, were recovered and integrated with contemporary materials, returning one of its most iconic faces to the city.
Today Palazzo Madama is back to show off its great beauty
