Five years and 47 companies which, in 2024 alone, generated a combined €214 million in revenue and raised €460 million in capital, with more than 1,700 employees in 2025.

These are the figures that illustrate the impact of Elevator, the growth programme by Endeavor Italy, developed with the support of Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita CRT, the impact-oriented entity of Fondazione CRT, in collaboration with OGR Torino.

Since 2020, Elevator has supported the most promising scaleups in the Italian ecosystem through a tailored pathway aimed at strengthening growth strategies, raising capital and enhancing founders’ leadership skills. The programme has established itself as one of Italy’s leading platforms for scaleups, helping to shape a new generation of companies capable of competing globally. Across five editions, participating companies have grown on average by 101% during the programme year, including well-known success stories such as Unobravo, xFarm Technologies, Caracol, Smartness, WSense, Cosmico, Fitprime and Aiko.
