Founded in 2007, Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita – CRT is a non-profit organisation whose mission is to use its capital for patient investments with a declared social impact, experimenting with innovative actions and instruments that fall within the field and logic of impact investing. It deploys its resources in the areas of social and urban regeneration, investment in funds dedicated to collective and social housing, the environment and the development of the territory and the corporate fabric, especially with a social value. The Foundation’s activities aim to improve the range of services and promote the growth of an ecosystem that strengthens social and environmental matters in the process of natural hybridisation between profit and non-profit. The key elements that guide its activities are the relationship with the subjects, the evaluation of the initial investment and, during the development of the project, social and economic sustainability, even in the logic of impact first, also through the collaboration with a large national and international network of actors in the field of social impact funding.
