The Saudi-Italian Business Council at OGR Torino

Today, OGR Torino welcomed the official delegation of the Saudi-Italian Business Council, led by Mr. Kamel Al-Munajjed and made up of Saudi entrepreneurs, investors, and institutional representatives. They visited to explore new synergies and strategic partnerships for the development of the region.

The delegation was welcomed by Anna Maria Poggi, President of the CRT Foundation, and Patrizia Polliotto, Secretary General.
For the first time, the guests had the chance to visit the hub of culture and innovation in the heart of Turin, which was completely redeveloped thanks to the CRT Foundation.

Today, OGR is home to a true innovation ecosystem, helping to make Turin a global reference point in applied research, artificial intelligence, aerospace, and deep tech.

“With the visit of the official delegation of the Saudi-Italian Business Council today, we had the opportunity to confirm OGR Torino as a hub that connects regions, skills, and visions,” said Patrizia Polliotto, Secretary General of the CRT Foundation. – “It is a place that reflects the CRT Foundation’s commitment to creating a real ecosystem of innovation, inclusion, and international cooperation.”

During the meeting, the OGR Torino project was presented by Maurizia Rebola, General Director of OGR Torino.
There was a special focus on OGR Tech – one of the most important innovation hubs in Europe – presented by Matteo Pessione, OGR Tech Coordinator.
Also present were the University of Turin, the Polytechnic University of Turin, the AI4I center, and UniCredit.
This mix of skills shows the power of interdisciplinary collaboration and Turin’s ability to create innovation and a positive impact for the community.
