Real Estate Asset Management SGR S.p.A. (“REAM SGR”) is a Real Estate Asset Management Company with a social and developmental vocation: it is today the only asset management company owned exclusively by foundations with banking origins. This institutional structure has a positive impact on both real estate development and asset realisation, thanks to the performance of its institutional activities. To date, REAM SGR has launched and managed 12 closed-end alternative real estate funds, all reserved for professional investors and comprising portfolios of properties of various types: Trophy, Offices, Residential, Commercial, Student, Healthcare and Green Economy.
