Starting from the 2025/2026 school year, the new project “Together for Educational Success – FFTP 4+2” has been launched by the Regional School Office for Piedmont with the support of Fondazione CRT.
Objectives
The project pursues the following objectives:
- Developing a vertical and horizontal curriculum that enhances the skills and synergies of all stakeholders within the educational pathway.
- Supporting existing educational pathways in the development of a shared curriculum, building on the organizational, methodological, and teaching innovations introduced by Law No. 121 of 8 August 2024.
- Promoting a “culture of competency-based co-design”, encouraging collaboration among different local stakeholders capable of working together as a system to ensure students’ educational success.
Target Beneficiaries
The project is aimed at state and accredited secondary schools with technical and/or vocational programmes in Piedmont and is divided into two sections:
- The first section is intended for schools with educational pathways already approved and activated during the 2024/2025 school year or that will activate them during the 2025/2026 school year.
- The second section is aimed at schools wishing to participate in the Ministry of Education and Merit (MIM) call for the potential activation (subject to ministerial approval) of four-year programmes in the 2026/2027 school year.
Planned Activities
- Teacher training for schools and training institutions within the respective educational pathways;
- Student training for schools and training institutions within the respective pathways, delivered in both formal and non-formal learning environments;
- Support to facilitate student participation in Pathways for Transversal Skills and Career Guidance (PCTO), company visits, and exchanges among schools and training institutions belonging to the same educational pathway;
- Preparatory, support, and system-level actions that are not part of the ordinary management of pathway activities but are necessary for the design, launch, and effective implementation of the programme.
