The Eventi for All Programme supports public bodies and non-profit organisations across Piedmont and Aosta Valley that organise local development and territorial promotion events, with the aim of making them more accessible, sustainable, and inclusive.
The programme was established to enhance the rich heritage of local events while supporting organisations in adopting organisational models that generate a positive impact on communities, promoting responsible tourism in line with the goals of the 2030 Agenda.
The Programme consists of two complementary initiatives:
- the “Designing Eventi for All” training programme, aimed at strengthening organisations’ project design skills;
- the Eventi for All Call for Proposals, providing financial support for eligible events.
The Eventi for All Call for Proposals
The call is open to public bodies and non-profit organisations based in Piedmont and Aosta Valley that organise local development and territorial promotion events aimed at showcasing local excellence, encouraging community participation, and promoting responsible and sustainable tourism.
Eligible events include, by way of example, village fairs, local festivals, historical re-enactments, and large thematic events celebrating local traditions and products. Excluded events include live music, theatre, dance, contemporary circus, exhibitions, design festivals, and film festivals, which are supported through other Fondazione CRT funding programmes.
The call supports projects that integrate universal accessibility, inclusion, environmental and social sustainability, participatory governance, high-quality communication, youth engagement and the promotion of volunteering.
The two funding streams are:
- Stream A – Major Local Development Events: maximum grant of €100,000, minimum co-funding: 40%
- Stream B – Small Community Events: maximum grant of €25,000, minimum co-funding: 20%
The “Designing Eventi for All” Training Programme
Between February and March 2026, Fondazione CRT, in collaboration with ISITT – Italian Institute for Tourism for All, organised the free training programme “Designing Eventi for All”, aimed at public bodies and non-profit organisations involved in the planning and organisation of local development events.
The programme provided participants with the tools and expertise needed to design accessible, inclusive, and sustainable events, helping to improve both project quality and organisational capacity.
