On Friday, May 15 at 11 a.m., the Salone d’Onore of Fondazione CRT will host the presentation of “European Pathways. European Project Planning for Piedmont Municipalities”, a strategic initiative promoted by ANCI Piemonte and Fondazione CRT, dedicated to municipalities aiming to strengthen their capacity to access and manage European projects.
The event will feature the participation of the Italian Minister for Public Administration, Paolo Zangrillo.
The initiative offers a structured programme for Piedmont municipalities, including training activities, co-design on European calls for proposals, and support aimed at strengthening dedicated internal skills and competencies.
During the event, European opportunities and case studies from local territories will be presented.
The meeting will open with remarks by Anna Maria Poggi, President of Fondazione CRT, and Ignazio Stefano Zanetta, Vice President of ANCI Piemonte and Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Borgomanero.
The following speakers will then take the floor:
- Moira Rotondo (ANCI – National Contact Point URBACT-EUI) and Manuela Marsano (National Contact Point CERV), on the opportunities offered by European programmes for municipalities;
- Ignazio Stefano Zanetta (Vice President of ANCI Piemonte and Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Borgomanero) and Francesca Cargnello (Mayor of the Municipality of Borgiallo), on successful municipal experiences in European project planning;
- Elena Ciarlo, Head of International Cooperation and European Projects at ANCI Piemonte, on best practices supporting municipalities and on the presentation of the project “European Pathways. European Project Planning for Piedmont Municipalities”.
The event will conclude with remarks by Minister Paolo Zangrillo.
