The second edition of Quickload powered by OGR Torino will invest up to 10 million euros in financing opportunities for selected startups in the gaming industry<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

34BigThings, the Turin-based development studio partnered with OGR Torino and Microsoft, will manage a fund by the parent company Saber Interactive to meet the financing needs of accelerated projects more efficiently<\/em><\/p>\n

Quickload powered by OGR Torino<\/strong>, the\u00a04.0 Italian startup acceleration program<\/strong>\u00a0dedicated to\u00a0European startups<\/strong>\u00a0in the\u00a0gaming<\/strong>\u00a0industry launched last year by\u00a0OGR<\/strong>\u00a0Torino<\/strong>,\u00a034BigThings<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Microsoft<\/strong>\u00a0with ID@Xbox, is coming back for a second edition with significant innovations in terms of financing opportunities for the accelerated projects.<\/p>\n

In addition to the existing network of publishers and investors that have been a crucial part of the acceleration project since the first edition,\u00a0Saber Interactive<\/strong>\u00a0will have Valerio Di Donato, CEO of 34BigThings, leading an investment fund of up to 10 million euros per year to support the most promising startups.<\/p>\n

Selected projects will also have a chance to be published directly by\u00a0Saber Interactive<\/strong>, an American AAA publisher whose portfolio of titles includes\u00a0Redout 2<\/strong>,\u00a0Evil<\/strong>\u00a0Dead: The Game<\/strong>,\u00a0World<\/strong>\u00a0War<\/strong>\u00a0Z,<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0SnowRunner<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Quickload program<\/h3>\n

European startups willing to\u00a0apply for the second edition<\/a>\u00a0of this acceleration program can register on the official site of\u00a0Quickload powered by OGR Torino<\/strong>\u00a0(http:\/\/quickload.dev\/<\/a>). It will be possible to apply from July 25th<\/sup>\u00a0up until September 30th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Just like the first edition, selected startups will benefit from an individual mentorship program centered on leadership and on ways to create a resilient company culture, as well as the necessary resources to develop their project during the 6 months they will spend in\u00a0OGR Tech<\/strong>, the innovation hub and networking space at\u00a0OGR Torino.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As Quickload\u2019s Innovation and networking partner, OGR Torino confirms its support to the initiative not only by providing the headquarters of the program but also by making available the expertise and resources catalyzed by its ecosystem, which includes over 70 Italian and international corporations and financial organizations.<\/p>\n

Finally, we are pleased to confirm our line up of partners:\u00a0Digital Magics, Dpixel, GEM Capital, SellaLab<\/strong>; and to announce the introduction of\u00a0Catheon Gaming<\/strong>, as Web3 Publishing partner of the program;\u00a0WePlay Ventures<\/strong>, a venture capital firm focused on all things gaming;\u00a0Envent<\/strong>\u00a0Capital Markets<\/strong>, an investment banking firm.
