{"id":14819,"date":"2025-07-16T14:48:19","date_gmt":"2025-07-16T12:48:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fondazionecrt.it\/fondazione-arte-secondo-semestre-2025\/"},"modified":"2025-07-24T17:44:47","modified_gmt":"2025-07-24T15:44:47","slug":"fondazione-per-larte-moderna-e-contemporanea-crt-activities-for-the-second-half-of-the-year","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fondazionecrt.it\/en\/fondazione-per-larte-moderna-e-contemporanea-crt-activities-for-the-second-half-of-the-year\/","title":{"rendered":"Fondazione per l\u2019Arte Moderna e Contemporanea CRT: activities for the second half of the year"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p><strong data-start=\"387\" data-end=\"477\">Public space \/ Internationalisation \/ Community \/ Professions \/ Education \/ Collection<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div>Since 2000, the Fondazione per l\u2019Arte Moderna e Contemporanea CRT\u2014the \u201cart-oriented\u201d body of Fondazione CRT\u2014has been promoting concrete actions to support talent and enrich the cultural heritage, while expanding a major collection of contemporary artworks, now recognised as one of the most prestigious in Italy and abroad.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p data-start=\"805\" data-end=\"1007\">In its twenty-fifth year, the Foundation continues to implement the strategic lines of its programme, strengthening its vision and impact through a combination of key initiatives and special projects:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1008\" data-end=\"1873\">\n<li data-start=\"1008\" data-end=\"1200\">\n<p data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1200\"><strong data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1026\">Public Space<\/strong>, seen as a privileged context for creating artworks through active engagement with residents, local institutions and associations, making art accessible and participatory.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1201\" data-end=\"1281\">\n<p data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1281\"><strong data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1227\">Internationalisation<\/strong>, an openness to projects beyond Turin and Piedmont.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1282\" data-end=\"1475\">\n<p data-start=\"1284\" data-end=\"1475\"><strong data-start=\"1284\" data-end=\"1297\">Community<\/strong>, the guiding principle behind all the Foundation&#8217;s activities, both as a recipient of initiatives and as a way to foster inclusive networks and social connections through art.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1476\" data-end=\"1594\">\n<p data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1594\"><strong data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1493\">Professions<\/strong>, with a focus on contemporary art roles and the need to cultivate specialised professional skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1595\" data-end=\"1741\">\n<p data-start=\"1597\" data-end=\"1741\"><strong data-start=\"1597\" data-end=\"1610\">Education<\/strong>, a long-standing pillar of the Foundation\u2019s action, helping people of all ages to engage with and appreciate artistic languages.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1742\" data-end=\"1873\">\n<p data-start=\"1744\" data-end=\"1873\"><strong data-start=\"1744\" data-end=\"1758\">Collection<\/strong>, the core of the Foundation\u2019s institutional identity, offering an artistic heritage for the benefit of the public.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1744\" data-end=\"1873\">\u201cThe Foundation\u2019s programme reflects what these 25 years have represented, but also what Fondazione CRT has always stood for: promoting culture as a collective good, generating value through art, and making heritage accessible to all,\u201d says <strong data-start=\"2118\" data-end=\"2138\">Anna Maria Poggi<\/strong>, President of Fondazione CRT. \u201cEstablished in 2000 to enhance a group of Arte Povera works, the Foundation has since grown into an internationally recognised cultural institution, with a collection of over 930 works by 330 artists, shared with the community and with Turin\u2019s museums. Over time, we\u2019ve deepened our engagement with the local area\u2014such as through the public art project <em data-start=\"2523\" data-end=\"2530\">Radis<\/em>\u2014and we continue to support the contemporary art ecosystem in Piedmont. Projects such as <em data-start=\"2619\" data-end=\"2627\">Aperto<\/em> and <em data-start=\"2632\" data-end=\"2641\">aulArte<\/em> have become national best practices in training and education. Today, the Foundation continues to help define Turin\u2019s identity as the Italian capital of contemporary art. The return of CIMAM to Italy\u2014hosted in Turin after over fifty years\u2014is a recognition of this open, forward-looking vision, especially in response to emerging challenges like AI and the blending of art and technology, which naturally converge at the OGR Torino, Fondazione CRT\u2019s hub for culture and innovation, where CIMAM will begin.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1744\" data-end=\"1873\">\n<p data-start=\"1744\" data-end=\"1873\">\u201cIt is a pleasure to see all the upcoming initiatives collected in this rich calendar, bearing witness to the continuity and growth of our 2024\u20132027 programme,\u201d adds <strong data-start=\"3317\" data-end=\"3353\">Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo<\/strong>, President of the Fondazione per l\u2019Arte Moderna e Contemporanea CRT. \u201cThe six strategic keywords reflect our founding vocations in collecting and education, while guiding our investments into innovative programmes in public art, advanced training and international engagement. Around the Collection\u2014now in its 25th year\u2014the Foundation remains deeply committed to serving art audiences, institutions and professionals.
