Fondazione CRT provides a specific internal channel through which illicit conduct and\/or in violation of regulations can be reported confidentially and confidentially.<\/p>

This channel, adopted in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24\/2023 (hereinafter also the Decree), allows reports to be made, both in written and oral form, including through a specific digital platform that can be reached at the following link:<\/p>

Reports may concern the commission of crimes included in the scope of Legislative Decree 231\/2001 and violations of European law; violations of Model 231 and the Code of Ethics adopted by Fondazione CRT, both of which can be consulted on its website, may also be reported.<\/p>

In accordance with the provisions contained in the Decree, reports may be made by employees, self-employed workers, collaborators, consultants, freelancers and trainees who work at the Foundation, as well as by persons who hold administrative, management, control, supervisory or representative positions within the Foundation.<\/p>

Whistleblowers are protected by law against any form of retaliation directly or indirectly related to the report.<\/p>

The processing of personal data as part of the whistleblowing management process is carried out in compliance with data protection requirements.<\/p>
