Patrizia Polliotto is an attorney admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione). She graduated in Law from the University of Turin and is the founding partner of a law firm with offices in Turin, Milan and Rome. For many years, she has provided legal advice and consultancy to companies, public bodies and institutions, with a particular focus on corporate governance, internal control systems and the responsibilities of corporate governing bodies.<\/p>\n
Throughout her career, she has held numerous positions as an independent board member, chair and member of risk control and remuneration committees, as well as chair and member of Supervisory Bodies established pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 231\/2001. She has served both listed and privately held companies, including Reply, Vincenzo Zucchi, NB Aurora SICAF-RAIF, Italconsult, Juventus and Banca del Fucino, taking on key responsibilities in governance, compliance and internal control systems.<\/p>\n
She has also gained significant experience within the public and quasi-public sectors, serving on the governing bodies of leading national institutions such as Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo, CINECA, ANPAL Servizi and Sviluppo Lavoro Italia. In addition, she has held appointments as a government-appointed commissioner and expert in complex institutional procedures.
