{"id":5973,"date":"2021-10-14T09:21:45","date_gmt":"2021-10-14T07:21:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fondazionecrt.it\/bandi-progetti\/piccoli-comuni-cantieri-ambiente-territorio\/"},"modified":"2026-07-17T17:04:56","modified_gmt":"2026-07-17T15:04:56","slug":"building-sites-environment-small-villages","status":"publish","type":"bandi-progetti","link":"https:\/\/www.fondazionecrt.it\/en\/calls-projects\/building-sites-environment-small-villages\/","title":{"rendered":"Piccoli Comuni &#8211; Building sites for environment and territory"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <strong>Piccoli Comuni \u2013 Cantieri per l\u2019Ambiente e il Territorio<\/strong> call for proposals promotes the protection of local areas through prevention and land management projects, with a focus on resilience and climate change adaptation.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative supports projects aimed at improving the safety and protection of the territory in small municipalities across Piedmont and the Aosta Valley, encouraging the prevention of hydrogeological instability, the sustainable management of water resources, and collaboration among municipalities within the same homogeneous territorial area.<\/p>\n<p>Over the years, Fondazione CRT&#8217;s calls dedicated to civil protection in small municipalities have enabled the implementation of <strong>1,420 land protection projects<\/strong>, supported by a total investment of <strong>\u20ac14.6 million<\/strong>. In recent months alone, <strong>100 new projects<\/strong> have been launched, including works to improve territorial safety, stabilise slopes, restore waterways, prevent wildfires, and protect water resources.<\/p>\n<p>In 2026, Fondazione CRT&#8217;s <strong>Welfare and Territory Area<\/strong> is dedicating the autumn season to the small municipalities of Piedmont and the Aosta Valley\u2014communities that safeguard the quality of local life while also experiencing the demographic, social, and environmental changes of recent years more intensely than many other territories.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>A dual opportunity<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Piccoli Comuni \u2013 Cantieri per l\u2019Ambiente e il Territorio<\/strong> is one of the two calls for proposals through which Fondazione CRT&#8217;s <strong>Welfare and Territory Area<\/strong> is supporting small municipalities in Piedmont and the Aosta Valley during autumn 2026.
