Kennedy Human Rights Italia<\/strong>, <strong>Fondazione Industriali Cuneo<\/strong>, <strong>CNEL<\/strong>, and <strong>Sviluppo Lavoro Italia<\/strong>, under the patronage of the <strong>Italian Ministry of Justice \u2013 Department of Penitentiary Administration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative was created with the aim of fostering the social and professional inclusion of people with a history of incarceration, contributing in a tangible way to reducing the risk of reoffending through structured pathways of training, guidance, and access to employment.<\/p>\n<p>Inspired by the legacy of <strong>Giulia di Barolo<\/strong>, who carried out pioneering work in Turin in support of incarcerated people, <strong>Percorso 27<\/strong> promotes an integrated model that values individual skills and potential while encouraging collaboration among institutions, businesses, and Third Sector organizations.<\/p>\n<p>The project is based on the belief that employment is a key tool for autonomy, responsibility, and social participation, capable of generating benefits for both individuals and communities.<\/p>\n<p>Applications were received from the following correctional institutions: <strong>C.C.
