Fondazione CRT is a private non-profit organization established in 1991 by the Cassa di Risparmio di Torino.

Its headquarters are situated in the center of the city in a building constructed during the 18th century and restored during the 1930s by the famous architect Giovanni Chevalley. The executive management and offices reside in this historic building. And it's here that the organization runs its activity, staying faithful to its role as a leader in the economic and social development of the Piedmont and Valley of Aosta regions.

The foundation has a strong, but localized, calling and acts in key sectors of development in these two regions. Projects range from conservation and valorization of artistic heritage and cultural activities to scientific research; from education and training to health and assistance to aiding the socially needy; from public safety to environmental protection to innovation in local organizations.

Two bodies oversee the activity of the foundation: the Executive Board and the Strategic Planning Committee. However it's the administrative branch, guided by the Secretary General, that carries out the work.

The President of Fondazione CRT is Andrea Comba.
The General Secretary of Fondazione CRT is Angelo Miglietta.
